  • Fill out the ticket with any information you think is relevant to us helping you out, the more information we have the better we can assist you with.
  • Please make sure the ‘Email:‘ field is filled in with your correct email address, if the email is incorrect you will not be able to send you a response back. So if you do not get a reply back after a week, most likely your e-mail was entered incorrectly, and we will not be able to send you a response to your ticket.
  • Also make sure to add Fotodiox SKU # for your Item that you have a question about.
